Shipping policy

Processing for all orders will take at least 3-14 business days from the date you placed your order (weekends & holidays not included). 

Once your order has fully processed you will receive a shipment confirmation email which will contain tracking details.

The shipping timeframe for orders will begin once processing time has completed. Standard shipping time is 2-3 business days. All orders will ship in the order which they were placed. Shipping days will be Mondays!

Example: Muvaa’s Hair Growth Oil is made to order. So allow 3-14 business days processing time and standard shipping time. Thank you!

We DO NOT offer same day or next day shipping! We ship via USPS!

Any orders that are returned because insufficient address the customer will be contacted for correct address and is responsible for shipping fee(s).

Pick up orders

You will be notified via email once your order is ready for pickup.  Typically, orders are ready within 1-7 business days.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

Muvaa's Naturals is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered at time of order. Muvaa's Naturals will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for customers to investigate.
